FTL Seminar: Task Planning
Field Team Leaders are essential to the outcome of searches. The main component of being a Field Team Leader is your ability to plan and execute a search tasking. While this may seem like a fairly straight forward task, we always have room for improvement. Must of our ability to execute and complete a search task stems from our ability to effectively and efficiently brief our team on the plan to search a given area. Join us as we take an in-depth look at how we can keep our briefing organized and effective!
